Courtney K. Fischel
Ms. Fischel joined Connolly Krause as an associate in July 2020. She concentrates her practice in general tort litigation.
Prior to joining CK, Ms. Fischel worked for a litigation firm in Denver, Colorado, where she gained widespread litigation experience in areas including personal injury, construction defect, and commercial litigation.
Ms. Fischel graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in May 2019, where she was twice chosen to be a member of the Philip H. Corboy Fellowship in trial advocacy, a scholarship and intensive trial advocacy training program awarded to only the top advocates at Loyola. During law school, Ms. Fischel was selected as the captain of the Fellowship, served as Executive Director of the school’s Mock Trial Board, and received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for receiving the highest grade in her Appellate Advocacy class. She also has experience representing indigent clients in both criminal and probate proceedings as a 711 licensed student attorney.
In her spare time, Ms. Fischel enjoys cooking, traveling, and exploring the various different neighborhoods in and around Chicago.
