More than 25 years ago, six attorneys started a law firm which quickly developed a national reputation as a preeminent litigation law firm.
Rachel F. Prezek
Ms. Prezek joined Connolly Krause in March of 2021. Prior to joining Connolly Krause, Ms. Prezek has worked primarily at Plaintiff’s personal injury firms in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. While in Plaintiff’s litigation, she achieved favorable settlements and verdicts at arbitration, mediation and trial.
Ms. Prezek completed her undergraduate training from Saint Joseph’s College in Indiana, graduating Cum Laude. She then attended Valparaiso University School of Law, where she interned with the Indiana Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.
Ms. Prezek now concentrates her work in the areas of premises liability, construction defect and general litigation. Ms. Prezek is admitted to the Bar in Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She also has current memberships with the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
While Ms. Prezek has received most of her education in Indiana, she is a Chicago native. Her favorite past times include exploring the city, baking, and rooting for the Cubs.
