Christopher J. Garavaglia joined Connolly Krause LLC as an associate attorney in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Garavaglia was an associate within a well-known defense firm in Chicago, where he represented employers and insurance entities in defending against workplace injuries, while gaining significant litigation experience through expert depositions and conducting arbitration hearings.

Mr. Garavaglia achieved his undergraduate at Columbia College Chicago, where he graduated early with honors. He then attended Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he was placed on the Dean’s List. While in law school, Mr. Garavaglia worked in the Chicago-Kent Law Offices. During this time, he prepared numerous appellate briefs and frequently drafted substantive motions. Mr. Garavaglia also worked as a clerk for the Illinois Attorney Registrations and Disciplinary Commission, where he utilized his 711 – License by examining witnesses in multiple disciplinary hearings.

In his spare time, Mr. Garavaglia enjoys reading, music, and spending time with his family and dog.
