Corinne M. Cundiff

Ms. Cundiff joined Connolly Krause LLC as an associate in March 2021 and was promoted to partner in 2024. Ms. Cundiff concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, contract disputes, medical malpractice, nursing home defense, and other general tort litigation matters. She also has experience representing employers in various aspects of employment practices liability, including claims of discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. Ms. Cundiff has experience practicing in both state and federal court and has successfully represented clients on appeal to the Illinois Appellate Courts and the Seventh Circuit.

Ms. Cundiff has been named a Rising Star by Illinois Super Lawyers Magazine in 2022 and 2023. This is a distinction reserved for the top 2.5% of attorneys who have been practicing for less than 10 years.

Ms. Cundiff received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law graduating magna cum laude in 2017. During law school she clerked for the Honorable Sharon Johnson Coleman in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and spent a summer working for the United States Department of Justice Antitrust Division as a part of the prestigious Summer Law Intern Program.
