Abhilasha Desai joined Connolly Krause LLC in December 2025. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at a regional law firm where she handled a broad range of civil matters, including commercial litigation, tort and casualty litigation and various transactional matters.

​

Ms. Desai earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she obtained certificates in Transactional Law and Compliance Studies. As a law student, she clerked at a plaintiff’s litigation firm, completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Nathaniel R. Howse, Jr. and held a Rule 711 license while interning at the Chicago Transit Authority. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

In her free time,  Abhilasha enjoys traveling, baking and spending time with friends, family and her dog, Lyla.
