Rubinder S. Toor
Associate

Rubinder S. Toor joined Connolly Krause LLC in December 2025. Before joining the firm, he attended Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he gained extensive legal research experience as a judicial extern at the Richard J. Daley Center. He also held a Rule 711 license which allowed him to represent the State of Illinois in several bench trials at both the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office and the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office under the supervision of Assistant State’s Attorneys.

 

Prior to law school, Mr. Toor earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in Epidemiology from the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health. While using statistical software such as SPSS, he worked as a Trauma Research Fellow at Cook County Hospital, where he analyzed data from the National Trauma Data Bank (NTDB). His research resulted in eight peer-reviewed publications which are indexed on PubMed.

 

Before attending George Washington University, Mr. Toor earned his medical degree from Gian Sagar Medical College in India and subsequently used his medical training to serve underserved communities in rural Punjab, India.
