10/29/21: Defense Verdict in Construction Case

CK attorneys Mike Krause, Jeff Escher and Chris Garavaglia obtained a verdict in favor of their client, a general contractor, in a construction related case on October 29, 2021 in the Circuit Court of Cook County. The trial was the first for CK attorneys since the courts opened up for trials again. In addition to a successful verdict, our client settled with the Third-Party employer on the eve of trial for $100,000, made payable to the insurer for the defendant, from the employers EL policy.
