Not Guilty; Defense also wins directed verdict on informed consent

CK partners Mike Krause and Greg Ginex obtained a not guilty verdict on behalf of an orthopedic surgeon who allegedly committed medical malpractice in the performance of a distal femoral opening wedge osteotomy. Prior to closing arguments, Mr. Krause and Mr. Ginex obtained a directed verdict on the issue of informed consent.
